Our patent pending aluminum insert design is unlike anything else found on the market today. This heater kit is equipped with a thermistor at the finger that regulates the heat depending on the ambient air temperature meaning the colder it is, the greater the heat output.

The all-aluminum block heater is operated by an on/off switch using the OEM's accessory power which provides the rider with greater control over the heat and how it is being dispersed around the cockpit.

The aluminum block can be installed using a thin layer of thermal paste (provided) shown to provide an additional 10c (50f) over just the element with out. The aluminum block also provides constant heat and where others are permanently epoxied in place, our design allows the heater block to be easily installed or removed allowing if ever an issue to be replaced.
