Purchasing, Shipping & Return
Currently at BWC PowerSports all Local Pick Up in person transactions are made by E-Transfer, In-person Interact Debit Card, or In-person cash payment (Currently Not Accepting Credit Card) at our shop south-east of Sherwood Park.
These options will be available for you to choose at check out and further instructions will be given there
For all customers requiring shipping, you have the option of E-Transfer, Visa Debit And most major Credit Cards.
Please Note: for customers paying by E-Transfer, send payment to Sales@bwcpowersports.ca. Please include order number in your message (Auto Deposit is activated)
**Shipping Canada-Wide & United States** (Prices are in CAD)
Once your order is placed (Usually within 24hrs) you will receive an email with the Invoice with parts & shipping cost for your order as well as payment instructions for Etransfer. (Note : Email May go to your JUNK mail box) Once payment is received we will ship the parts PRIMARILY USING COURIERS. Fedex, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, etc. WE DO NOT USE Canada Post (Please Note: COURIERS do not ship to P.O. BOX it may be held for pick-up at Courier Depot) Contact us if we must use Canada Post to ship your Item to your area PRIOR to Payment. (PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost may change)
**Unless otherwise noted, Parts are normally shipped same day or next day AFTER payment is Received Monday to Friday** (For E-transfer payment)
Buyer Satisfaction / Return Policy
We are confident in the parts we sell, but if there is a case where there is an Item that is faulty or premature failure after purchasing from us, we will replace the part with another from our stock. For any other issues / concerns contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. No returns on electrical parts, Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made same way as purchased.
