Refund policy
BUYER SATISFACTION / RETURN
We are confident in the Used parts we sell, but if there is a case where there is an Item that is faulty after buying from us, we will replace the used part with another from our stock. For any other issues / concerns contact us at jason@bwcpowersports.ca All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. (Including core returns) No returns on electrical parts, Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made same way as purchased.
Credit card, transaction fees and original shipping charges will NOT be refunded however.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping is payable by the customer.
DAMAGES / CONCERNS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Electrical parts, custom products ALL Special Order / Pre-Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a part as wrong part was ordered for application, please contact us at jason@bwcpowersports.ca. Please note return shipping is at customer expense. BWC Powersports will do what we can to help out should this happen.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
