Engineered for riders who demand performance without compromise, the CaribouX
MOD Hood for Ski-Doo Gen5 delivers strength and simplicity in one clean package.
Built from reinforced TPE — a material chosen for its exceptional toughness and
impact resistance — this hood won’t crack under pressure, even in the harshest
mountain conditions.
Despite its rugged construction, it weighs just 7 pounds, giving you a significant
weight reduction compared to stock while maintaining a great fit. Installation is
seamless: transfer your stock mesh filter, bolt it on, and ride.
A custom airbox box is integrated into the design, compatible with both Turbo and
Naturally Aspirated (NA) models, and works with your stock intake covers and optional flapper valve*.
*The flapper valve can be installed but requires cutting into the intake.
The built-in integrated bag adds convenience directly integrated into the hood —
offering ~5 liters of heated, waterproof storage inside a mesh pocket that passively
warms your gloves or goggles as you ride.
