BWC PowerSports Warranty & Product Liability

BWC POWERSPORTS WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIABILITY

BWC PowerSports products are covered by a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship.

If a BWC PowerSports product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect within the warranty period, BWC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. The customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, email Sales@bwcpowersports.ca with:
- Proof of purchase
- Estimated mileage from installation
- A photo of the damaged product

Additional information may be requested to assess the claim. BWC may also require the damaged product to be returned for inspection before a decision is made.

BWC will review the claim and provide an approval or denial and the available resolution. If a replacement is approved, applicable shipping charges must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Crashes, impacts, or contact with objects
- Misuse, abuse, or negligent use
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or care
- Improper fitment or application
- Use outside the product's intended purpose

Normal wear and tear occurs naturally through regular use, environmental exposure, and the passage of time and is not considered a manufacturing or material defect.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Products supplied by third-party vendors may be covered by the applicable manufacturer's or vendor's warranty. Any such warranty is subject to their respective terms, conditions, and approval.

USED PARTS & PRODUCTS

Used parts and products are sold in their existing condition and may show signs of wear, previous use, repairs, or modifications. Customers are responsible for confirming the condition, fitment, compatibility, and suitability of a used product before installation or use.

Any warranty, return, replacement, credit, or other adjustment relating to a used product will be considered at the discretion of BWC PowerSports, subject to applicable law.

PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY

Customers and installers are responsible for confirming proper fitment, compatibility, installation, and suitability for the intended application. Professional installation by a qualified technician is recommended where appropriate.

BWC PowerSports is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or product failure resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, inadequate maintenance, improper
fitment, failure to inspect, or use outside the product's intended application.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law.
